... God’s love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us.
Romans 5:5
Along with sandwiches, fruit, chips, and cookies, we frequently pack family members’ lunch boxes with love notes. Such sweet surprises brighten their day with encouragement and reassurance that we love them and want the best for them. Not everyone uses lunch boxes or bags. Nevertheless, our plan remains the same, to find different ways or places to express our affection. Beside a dinner plate, inside a sock drawer, or wherever our loved ones regularly prowl, we want them to know we love them. Tucked away inside our Bibles, we also find innumerable love notes. From law to history, prophecy to poetry, gospels to letters, and everything in between, God speaks love to all people. Let’s lead others to discover those expressions of unconditional love and eternal purpose.
