Director of Care Ministry

Worship Anew, a Fort Wayne–based media ministry serving aging adults, is seeking a full-time Director of Care Ministry to lead its growing care outreach. This person will oversee prayer support, care package distribution, Grief Ministry, and volunteer care teams, and will direct Satellite Care sites in multiple states. They’ll also help develop new resources on caregiving, grief, and dementia care. The ideal candidate is rostered in the LCMS or eligible to receive a call, has a heart for older adults and their caregivers, and brings experience leading teams across multiple locations. The position includes Concordia Health & Retirement Plans and paid holiday breaks, and it may be filled as a Called position. This position is an in-office position in Fort Wayne, Ind., at the Worship Anew office.
