After attending my first Grief Class as a recent widow, I glanced at the devotional materials displayed at church. I found my first issue of Hope-Full Living which soon became part of my morning coffee and prayer time, and the authors from distant places became my friends.

Becoming a part of the Hope-Full Living family of encouraging writers has been my unexpected blessing! When feelings of loneliness creep in at different times and places, I cling to God’s words of promise, “The Lord looks down from heaven; he sees all the children of men” (Psalm 33:13). No matter what loss or trouble we’re facing, he’s with us and watching over us. What an amazing gift we have to share!
