But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self- control ...
Galatians 5:22
Would Jesus smile upon mankind if we lived a life like Christ?
We try to be like Christ, but we fail because of the Evil One’s strength against us.
Jesus showed us how to live when he lived on earth. When life becomes hard, we tend to blame Jesus. We ask ourselves, “Why does God hate me? Why does he give me so many challenges?”
God wants us to succeed. He tells us, “Call upon me in the day of trouble; I will deliver you, and you shall glorify me” (Psalm 50:15). Our challenges can strengthen us. Jesus prayed to his Father when he was in need. Our Father heard him and answered him. Our Father will also answer you.

Dear Father, you, Lord, are my strength and my shield, direct me to be more like you. Amen.
Reflect: What are the many ways you can be like Christ in your everyday living?
