... whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.
1 Corinthians 10:31
In a world where Christians are becoming more ridiculed, it is refreshing to see professional athletes pause to point up at the sky after they have scored a touchdown or hit a home run. By doing this simple action, they are acknowledging God as the giver of their talents and skills.
How often do we acknowledge God in our lives? We go to work, often grudgingly, because we resent working so many hours. Perhaps your working days are behind you, and you wake up alone each day. No matter what your state in life, we can always pause to thank God for what he has given us and to glorify and praise him for his many gifts.

Heavenly Father, forgive me when I am ungrateful. Help me to remember to praise you as the source of all good in my life. Amen.
Reflect: Purchase a notebook or journal so you can record your thanks and praise to God each day.
