... for it is God who works in you, both to will and to work for his good pleasure.
Philippians 2:13
Job loss, relocation, or health issues; life seasons come with challenges. We pray for insight or a solution. If nothing else, relief. Perhaps God delays or seems silent. We can lose hope until we remember God acts consistently with his character. His sovereign hand works with wisdom and love, in ways he deems best.
When we rest in God’s truth and remain faithful, even when we don’t feel like it, we become stronger. Our dependence on God’s grace and power in tough times doesn’t weaken us but gives us strength. We meet his faithfulness in his presence, and the promise he never leaves us (Hebrews 13:5). When we read his Word, we are encouraged, and our faith grows.
