My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.
Psalm 73:26
As we age, our bodies remind us of their limits. Strength fades, memory falters, and health brings new challenges. These changes can stir fear and uncertainty. Yet, Scripture assures us that even when our flesh and heart fail, God remains our strength. His care does not diminish with age; His promises grow more precious.
Trusting Him means resting in His eternal portion — love that cannot be taken away.
Trusting Him means knowing that no change can separate us from His presence.

Lord, when health changes bring worry, remind us that You are our strength and portion forever. In Christ, Amen.
