For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven.

The hindsight that aging provides has several rewards.

One of them that I have discovered is the gratitude I feel for all God has done for me. This includes the experiences and gifts that he has given me. I have also appreciated his grace, forgiveness, and patience. The people he has placed in my life have positively influenced me. I still have my health, despite some limits.

Another reward is a deepening of my relationship with God. My prayers are more frequent and meaningful. I regularly seek spiritual inspiration to sustain my faith. I trust that everything that happens is part of God’s grand plan.

My purpose now is to honor God by sharing with others what I have learned.
