For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ.
Galatians 3:27
Let’s take a trip down memory lane. What do you remember about the first car you purchased, your first house, or how about that first computer? It all brought about change. Then what about your wedding day and your first child? Can you stroll even further back in time to your first day at college, or high school, or even kindergarten? Hopefully, most of your remembrances bring back fond memories.
For many Christians, there is one event in life that you know happened to you, but you didn’t realize it at the time. That was the most important day in your life. The day you were baptized as an infant. For me, it was February 6, 1944! Martin Luther says that we need to daily remember our Baptism — the means to our salvation.

Dear Father, help me remember daily when the Holy Spirit brought me to faith. Amen.
Reflect: As I remember my Baptism, help me to share my faith with others.
