He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds.
Psalm 147:3
When was the last time you were overwhelmed, and your heart was breaking? Were you overwhelmed due to grief or loss? A financial issue? Health problems? Feeling sad or worried? Regardless of the situation, everyone experiences overwhelming life experiences leading to a broken heart.
When life situations overwhelm us, we may feel broken and hopeless. We may think no one cares. However, our best friend, Jesus, is with us. His love for us never leaves. He invites us to reach out to Him in prayer, sharing our worries and heartbreaks. In return, He invites us to let go of our concerns and let His presence surround us with love, hope, and peace.

Help me, Lord Jesus. I give my concerns to You. Take my worries, heal my broken heart, and grant me peace. Thank You for loving me. Amen.
Reflect: When you become overwhelmed, how do you ask Jesus for help?
