Ephesians 5:18b-19a

A choir is shaped by many voices singing in harmony as one “instrument.” When we join brothers and sisters in worship we form one voice, a community of praise. This musical fellowship is not limited to our local congregation. As we sing psalms and hymns, we enter a worldwide community of praise that reaches back into history, joining believers of every time and place as we offer songs to the Lord of glory.

In our hymns, we teach and encourage one another with the promises of God and the story of salvation. Even reading or singing psalms and hymns alone, with heart and voice, we join the praise that endlessly ascends to the throne of God. Our songs are a rehearsal for the day when we will join saints from every nation and with one voice offer eternal praise to the Lamb who was slain to save us!
