Older women ... are to be reverent in behavior ... teach what is good, and so train the young women ...
Titus 2:3-4
Wonder Woman, Diana Prince, and the late Diana, Princess of Wales, plagiarized my first name, but removed one “n” to protect my identity (Untrue, but funny!). Even though I can’t deflect bullets, and am not of royal standing at Windsor Castle, I cherish what Margie taught me.
Margie is an exemplary wife and mother (+ 73 foster children) who has become a mentor to me. Seven decades of time spent in God’s Word has equipped her for living a Christ-centered life. She’s my idea of a “wonder woman” (1 Peter 3:15) who recalls God’s precepts and reminds me of my royal standing (1 Peter 2:9). Though we are both 55+, she taught me that our conduct either verifies or nullifies the presence of Jesus. She fulfills today’s verse beautifully!
