June 4, 2023 – The Holy Trinity

God has chosen to reveal Himself in three persons, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. In doing so He shares with us His uniqueness as our God. Today we celebrate the Blessed Trinity.

 

June 11, 2023 – Second Sunday After Pentecost

Psalm 119:65-72; Hosea 5:15-6:6; Matthew 9:9-13
“Live Before God” – Sermon Text: Hosea 5:15-6:6 – Rev. William Mueller

What does it mean to live before God? How is this possible? What about when things are going horribly wrong? Hosea lifts up two great points about this life with the one true God: a third day resurrection and the need for more than just lip service.

 

June 18, 2023 – Third Sunday After Pentecost

“Here Am I – Send Me!” – Sermon Text: Matthew 10:1a, 2a – Rev. Dr. Thomas Ahlersmeyer

Jesus calls His original twelve to be His disciples and sends them out to be His apostles. He calls us to be His followers and then sends us out to be His ambassadors. As Jesus was with the original twelve, so He is with us.

What is your value? The world will answer this question one way, but what matters is how God views you. You are of tremendous value to the Lord! Thus, he will watch over you, take care of you, and will use you in wonderful ways.
